These terms apply to dumpster rentals booked through Owensboro Dumpster Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whether by phone, text, online form, or in person. By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.

Rental Agreement

When you book a dumpster, we’ll confirm the size, delivery window, rental period, placement location, and price before delivery. Pricing quoted before booking is based on the details you provide; if your project changes significantly (different debris type, additional weight, extended time), we’ll let you know before any additional charges apply.

Placement & Access

You’re responsible for providing safe, accessible placement for delivery and pickup, and for confirming whether a permit is required if the dumpster will sit on a public street (see our permit guide). We include driveway protection on every delivery, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the placement surface.

Weight Allowance & Overage

Every rental includes a weight allowance based on container size, explained before you book. Debris exceeding that allowance is billed at a per-ton overage rate, disclosed upfront — see our weight limits guide for details.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials, asbestos, medical waste, and other restricted items may not be placed in the dumpster — see our full accepted items guide. Containers found with prohibited material may incur additional disposal fees and delayed pickup.

Rental Period & Extensions

Standard rental periods are confirmed at booking. If you need more time, contact us before your scheduled pickup date — extensions are usually easy to arrange but should be requested in advance rather than assumed.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed before delivery. Any additional charges (weight overage, special disposal items, extended rental time) are explained before being applied, not added as a surprise on the final invoice.

Cancellations

Plans change — call or text us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery, and we’ll work with you on timing.

Liability

Owensboro Dumpster Pros carries standard liability coverage for our equipment and delivery operations. We are not responsible for items placed in the dumpster by others, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (severe weather, access restrictions, etc.).
